Slocanada Day Camping Trip

Some suspension of disbelief was needed when we read the mostly terrible weather forecast, but it all turned out nice in the end. Slocan Lake on Canada Day might need to become an annual thing. Slocanada Day - can you see what I did there?

The COVID diaries

Times of viral pandemic may not be a ripe scenario for fun, but we have still found some fun things to do close to our house and at a responsible distance from other people over the past few months. I haven't had a haircut this year, but have taken to wearing a hat to avoid photographic evidence - so that's fine.
